MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Determination of Educare Service Institution Personnel as Unsuitable for Employment and Associated Reporting, Handling of Information Collection and Inquiries and Use of Reports and Data", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Determination of Educare Service Institution Personnel as Unsuitable for Employment and Associated Reporting, Handling of Information Collection and Inquiries, Use of Reports and Data and Reporting of Any Violation of the Law" (amended regulations have taken into force since 27th, February 2023)
