MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations of Proficiency Test and License Issuance Management for Public and Private Railway Train Drivers", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations of Proficiency Test and License Issuance Management for Railway Train Drivers" (amended regulations take into force from 18th, May 2023); for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Delegation of Public and Private Railway Train Drivers' Proficiency Test", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Delegation of Railway Train Drivers' Proficiency Test" (amended regulations take into force from 18th, May 2023)
