MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment of "Regulations for the Implementation of Mandatory Examination and Mandatory Mental Illness Community Treatment Review Committee" (former name: Regulations for the Review Procedures of the Psychiatric Illness Mandatory Appraisal and Community Treatment Review Panel), "Regulations for the Implementation of Mandatory Community Treatment for Severe Mental Illness Patients" (former name: Regulations for Operation of the Psychiatric Illness Emergent Mandatory Community Treatment) and "Regulations for Emergency Placement and Mandatory Hospitalization Permit of Severe Mental Illness Patients" (former name: Regulations for the Emergent Settlement and Mandatory Hospitalization Permit of Severe Psychiatric Patients)
MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations for the Implementation of Mandatory Examination and Mandatory Mental Illness Community Treatment Review Committee", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations for the Implementation of Mandatory Mental Illness Community Treatment Review Committee"; for the amendment of "Regulations for the Implementation of Mandatory Community Treatment for Severe Mental Illness Patients", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing Mandatory Community Treatment for Patients With Severe Mental Illness"; for the amendment of "Regulations for Emergency Placement and Mandatory Hospitalization Permit of Severe Mental Illness Patients", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations for Emergency Placement of Patients With Severe Mental Illness" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from the date as same as the enforcement date of the promulgated amendment on Chapter 5 of "Mental Health Act" on 14th, December 2022)
