限輸往蒙特婁議定書之簽約國或遵守議定書並經行政院環境保護署認可之國家或地區。
The goods can only be exported to: (1) a party to the montreal protocol, or(2) one of the countries or territories which are in compliance with the montreal protocol and obtain permission granted by environmental protectionadministration, executive yuan.
For exportation of toxic chemicals, a completed delivery form which has been approved by the local governmentauthorityin charge of environmental protection is required for customs clearance ; but if the exports are not controlled items announced by the Enviormental ProtectionAdministration(EPA), a certificate of no control issued by the EPA isrequired for customs clearance.
