依　　據：行政程序法第一百五十一條第二項準用第一百五十四條第一項。

公告事項：

一、修正機關：文化部、國家發展委員會。

二、修正依據：文化創意產業發展法第九條第二項。

三、「文化創意產業運用國家發展基金提撥投資管理辦法」第十七條修正草案如附件。本案另載於本部全球資訊網站（網址：http://www.moc.gov.tw/）及「公共政策網路參與平臺」之「眾開講」（網址：https://join.gov.tw/policies/）。
