衛生福利部令：修正「精神病人居家治療標準」，名稱並修正為「精神疾病病人居家治療標準」；修正「精神疾病嚴重病人保護人通報及管理辦法」，名稱並修正為「精神疾病嚴重病人保護人通報及支持服務辦法」及修正「精神疾病嚴重病人緊急處置作業辦法」、「指定精神醫療機構管理辦法」

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Standards of Home-Based Treatment for Mental Illness Patients"; for the amendment of "Regulations Governing Reporting and Management of the Protectors of Severe Mental Illness Patients", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations for Notification and Support Service of Protectors of Severe Mental Illness Patients"; for the amendment of "Operation Regulations for the Emergency Measures of Severe Mental Illness Patients" and "Regulations Governing Management of Designated Psychiatric Care Institutions" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 14th, December 2024)
