MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 2 and 16 of "Regulations Governing Personal Information File Security Maintenance and Administration of the Electricity Enterprise and Natural Gas Industry Administration", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing Personal Information File Security Maintenance and Administration of the Electricity Enterprise, Natural Gas Industry and Gas Station Industry" (Subparagraph 2 of Article 2 of amended regulations shall be coming into force from 3rd, May 2024)
