經濟部公告：預告「限制輸入貨品表」，CCC0106.19.20.11-5「比特犬：美國比特鬥牛犬、美國史大佛夏牛頭犬」增列輸入規定代號「111」，並刪除其他相關輸入規定項下「屬行政院農業委員會依動物保護法公告禁止輸入之動物管制輸入」之規定；及「限制輸出貨品表」，刪除其他相關輸出規定項下「屬行政院農業委員會依動物保護法公告禁止輸出之動物管制輸出」之規定修正草案

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment of "List of Commodities Subject to Import Restriction" by adding the import regulation coded as "111" to CCC0106.19.20.11-5: "Pit Bull Terrier: American Pit Bull Terrier or American Pit Bull and American Staffordshire Terrier" and deleting the rule "the animals of which import is prohibited as announced by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan under Animal Protection Act are subject to import control" as stipulated in other import regulations; for the draft amendment of "List of Commodities Subject to Export Restriction" by deleting the rule "the animals of which export is prohibited as announced by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan under Animal Protection Act are subject to export control" as stipulated in other export regulations
