主 旨：預告修正「各級學校專任運動教練資格審定辦法」第3條、第5條及第4條附表1至附表3。
依 據：行政程序法第151條第2項準用第154條第1項。
公告事項：
一、修正機關：運動部。
二、修正依據：國民體育法第16條第1項及教育人員任用條例第22條之1。
三、「各級學校專任運動教練資格審定辦法」第3條、第5條及第4條附表1至附表3修正草案如附件；另載於本部主管法規查詢系統（https://law.sports.gov.tw）「草案預告」選項下。
